    The item was in perfect pristine (New) condition, which is just as the seller kangfutech/kongfutech described in their description. It was a great experience to receive a phone that was pristine, and well packaged, from a seller who gave an accurate description of the item. I would trust and buy from this seller again. I bought two phones. Samsung S10+ Open Box, 1tb. Sorry I shot a great unboxing video. eBay would not allow any kind of video even 7mb. Even stills are limited to 12mb total.

    Beware of this seller! The product delivered did not match the description. When I returned the product, they accused me of being a fraud, that I did not return the product they sent and not only refused to refund the money, but also threatened to accuse me of this before eBay and request the cancellation of my account!? eBay responded promptly and resolved the matter, for which they deserve thanks and recognition.

    the delivery was very fast and i was happy with the seller for contacting me to tell me there was none of the color i wanted and offered me another color instead. one of the letters of the logo did come off when i unboxed it though but it didn't bother me that much.
