Yes, our feedback score is NOT GREAT right now. It's because the account has been neglected and mismanaged in the past year when the new management took over. 36, 000 items sold since July 2009 is quite a record that we don't want to abandon. We now have re-claimed management control of this account and vowed to restore our reputation and business by continuing our tradition of excellent customer services while providing great products to you folks, our wonderful clients and benefactor.
