  Shipping was ok. Packaging was ok. The part was used and did not work. Contacted the seller to let them know and all I’ve gotten was push back when wanted to return for a refund. Part did not work even sent response and proof from certified Yamaha technician and was told to get more. $400 was too much for a part that doesn’t work. Seller stated that part worked before shipped. How do I know that? Even purchased a protection plan just to find out that a shipped defective part is not covered.

  Buyer Wanted To Go outside Ebay's Return Policy, I follow Ebay Guidelines, They are there for a reason, Part Was operational and Tested, 10 Years with eBay, Not 1 problem.... then this....Really Sad.
