    The order I received did not match the listing description and the seller was not very helpful with resolving that. Only one towel was sent when it states that it’s a set of two.

    This reply relates to not being helpful. Though she may not have received item as described, I followed eBay protocols to the "T". I received the complaint of a missing item on 12/8/24. I asked her to double check the item. On 12/9 I offered a $10 refund for the $29.99 item which was refused. I also asked her to return the item. On 12/11/24 I paid for and sent a shipping label through eBay. I'm not sure where I'm not being helpful being this all took place within 3-4 days.
