  I ordered a figure for $34.99, which had free shipping and returns. The seller, didn't put the necessary information on the shipping label of what I bought, which made it so the package could not get through customs. DHL was unable to contact me because the seller didn't put my email onto the shipping label, and the package was returned to the seller by DHL. The seller then asked me to pay an expensive return fee and refused to ship my item back out when I had already payed for it.

  Great communication and shipping was shockingly fast! I do wish my plush was packaged a little more securely, but it arrived in mint condition so ultimately not a huge deal in the end. Recommended seller.
