  The item I bought was described as being sold "in the box" which it was not. The item I received is defective and I tried to go through the Ebay return process but the link on that page did not work. I tried to communicate the problem with Ebay, but all I got was their automatic computer answers, not a real representative I then informed the seller the problem I was having, but he wouldnt refund my money unless I went through Ebays return process.

  Great price, fast shipping from California to Ohio; however, extremely poor packaging. As a Seller, I'd be embarrassed to ship an electronic item made with a plastic housing only wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap and stuffed in the thinnest plastic bag mailer you could find. Spend 20 to 40 cents on a cardboard box and mail your items properly. You have numerous neutral feedbacks because of poor packaging which leads me to believe you really don't care about poor customer service :-(
