  Overall items were packed well, two of the glasses arrived broken, and those happen to be the ones that were packed in only one envelope instead of two. I contacted the seller several times and they have not replied. I didn’t mind that two of the glasses arrived broken, as those things happen. I contacted the seller to see if they happen to have two more or if they would be willing to give me a credit for the broken ones No matter the answer it is frustrating to receive no response at all.
