The item has no tracking shipping information but it was deliver 100W solar instead of 200W . The Seller list deceptive to lure buying. The Seller proceed in trying to give me discount percentage offers. I stated to the seller that I wanted 200W solar panel that was listed. Now will not help me in the item return..
