    The seller's own sizing chart was off, by 15cm (6")! That's insane.I returned "not as described", and wrote a kind message with pictures, asking them to re-measure and fix. They never responded. I pinged them two weeks later, and got only: "You returned the previous purchase and gave reason wrong reason to return" (sic).Apparently they're so salty at having to pay return shipping for their bad product description that they're now refusing to work with me.Irresponsible and uncommunicative.
