  This is the 4 time I’ve dealt with this kind of seller. They list items they don’t actually plan to ship. You place the order, your money is held for a week or more, and in the end they cancel and refund without a single message. No update, no explanation — just silence. It's extremely frustrating and unfair to buyers who expect honest transactions. eBay needs to do a better job monitoring sellers who repeatedly behave like this.   This is the third time in a month that I purchased something on eBay and never received it. Got my money back but no communication from seller very unfair to the buyer. eBay has to do a better job with these sellers .
