On the last purchase, we were unable to send a direct message to them for our customization on the tag. Instead of sending us a blank tag they refunded my order so I was able to purchase again adding my “ Note to seller ” before check out so I could receive my product exactly how I needed it. Communication response is fast, and shipping turnaround is within 3 to 4 days each time!
