Seller cancelled order stating a problem with shipping address. If that would have been the case, seller should have contacted buyer, which they did not. Shipping address has not changed in decades and is fine for all other eBay sellers. Seller clearly did not have the item they were selling but can’t be honest about it in the reason for cancellation. The only reason this is “neutral” and not “negative” is that a refund was issued without prompting from buyer. Just be honest!!!

Seller didn't ship my book and then cancelled it with the reason being "issue with buyer's address". My delivery address has never changed and still receives all other eBay shipments. The seller clearly has poor inventory control and blames buyer for cancellation. Seller does not communicate or answer messages. There is other negative feedback for this seller with the same issue happening. Bad seller!
