    Extremely bad service, they made a mess and couldn’t resolve the issue. Their keyed alike service is very flopped, received the cylinders late, and then not the agreed number of keys. When reported the issue they promised to send the missing keys, I installed the locks already, now telling me 4 days later that they can’t send the . They want me to remove the installed locks and install new one. Not offering the cost of handyman for the additional work. This is a complete waste of time.
