Seller stayed in contact and even watch for delivery. Received the product as it was described and packaging was just as it was shown on the photos.     Was described as New & Unopened it was new but it was open. Seals were opened. Was an LOL Advent calendar. Shipped with no packaging so all pieces were all over. Half the items were out of the calendar packaging, one of the days was cracked open. Bottom of calendar was taped up. Sides a mess. This was supposed to be for my Grand Daughter. I have to fix it. Seller offered to let me send it back but wanted me to pay for return shipping when it was not as described.
