  My laptop fell and the screen broke on a Friday. I ordered 2 replacement screens to repair both my laptops and they arrived in 5 days via Fedex $50 (+1 day for customs). They were carefully packaged and brand new with protective screen covers and everything. I installed the screens and they work perfectly as can be seen in the picture. As one of the laptops is my work laptop, I am extremely grateful to the seller for shipping quickly and for providing an excellent product.Perfect seller 5 stars.

  I've just received the package in Ecuador, the condition is perfect a brand new spare with prist condition with no signs of wear or damage, after installing in the computer base, replacing the old screen shell it worked perfectly, all old problems were solved. The price is the best relation cost value, much better then any spare sell through Lenovo oficial site. This seller is highly recommeded by me.

  Very fast delivery considering it was sent from China. Well packaged and all was well until I powered up the laptop with this new screen fitted. I then encountered a Power-On Self-Test (POST) problem where although the screen was working, the laptop refused to boot up. Having tried all Dell's suggested methods to cure this, the only way I got the laptop working was to refit the original screen. Having contacted the seller, he agreed that it was a compatibility issue and refunded my payment.

  The item is listed as new but in my opinion it’s not new but the condition is as new with some very minor scratches . It is a genuine part from hp and works well. The price listed is fair for this equipment. Thanks again. Highly recommend seller.
