Vegeta was almost as described being new, no issues except notices the stand didn't have tape cover which suggests it was opened before. The Goku figure was missing his tail which product was incomplete. The seller was really apologetic and provided compensation which was adequate. It helped provide a positive experience given the issue.

It didn't come with much protection, but fortunately, it survived customs inspections and arrived without a scratch and as good as new.
