Each mug was inside two separate bubble, mailers, and then wrapped carefully a good insure to outside of that to ensure they would arrive safely. The box took a bit of a beating, but not a scratch on either of our mugs, and I can only Attribute that to a terrific and responsible seller! Would happily buy from again
