Congress wants the post office run for profit rather than as a service to us, so higher shipping charges have become a deterrent to shopping online for me. I am counting on my pleasure at having this bowl outweighing the unhappiness of shipping costs. I wrote this editorial in my review because eBay requires longer written reviews.
