  It’s taking longer than what was said for a patch that weighs very little. The cost was high to ship but I was willing cause I wanted the patch. Zero communication for the delay in shipping. Most likely will not order from them again nor recommend. They do have nice products, so order at your own risk.

  TL;DR: Good product, poor customer service. The product was decent quality, but the seller was very slow to ship and unresponsive to communication. 16 days after purchase and payment, I contacted seller since it still showed as unshipped. No response was given, but I got a notice that it had finally shipped. Seller still didn't respond to my message for another 13 days, which was the day it finally arrived.
