    Although it took some long time to arrive, the item was as exactly described, brand new amp with all accessories. Packaging was carefully packed with the correct instructions. The seller can take some time to respond but very helpful in terms of instructing the import duties and tax, plus the voltage concern due to the fact that it's a Japanese equipment (110v).     Exactly as described, incredible sounding preamplifier. I'm using a 120VAC to 100VAC step-down transformer to power it and it plays flawlessly. No issues with any of the controls. It is immaculate inside under the cover. I was apprehenaive about buying from Japan with numerous Japanese ebay sellers showing mixed reviews. This seller was responsive and the packaging was more than sufficient to ensure the preamp wasn't damaged. Would buybfrom again with confidence!
