  Seller had two items listed that she did not even have. Also took telling her I’d be contacting EBay if she did not refund full amount of purchase. She wanted to only credit me for a portion of order amount

  I apologize for this, I’ve already talked to you about this situation, I refunded you the entire amount , just for the for the first time I had a little issue with the refund and accidentally refunded a wrong price. I’ve given you plenty of other choices on how we can solve this problem. I’ve already told you that the candles accidentally got broken and I am very sorry again, I refunded you the entire price, I’m truly so sorry !
