    The seller shipped the wrong color slipper. Order was for a black slipper but what arrived was tan. The issue that I have is that the packing slip was placed inside the shoe box and it clearly stated "black" ugg slippers. I feel that the seller deliberately sent the wrong color.........maybe the black color was unavailable.....??? Questionable seller behavior. These shoes can be bought locally in the tan color for a lot less money but black is not, thus the reason i paid more to get black
