    I won this item with free shipping as advertised. I received a message stating "product packaging is damaged" and I can request a refund. Since I did not request a refund, I received an invoice for $150.00 shipping. It is wrong for them to list their items starting with .99 cent bids with free shipping if they are not going to adhere to policy as all eBay sellers must.

    Was supposed to receive a rose quartz Christmas tree stone carving but seller said quality was sub par. Offered to refund or send a different one. I went with the latter and I'm glad I did. I got a inch larger blue adventurine one for the same price! This one is way better! Thank you guys!
