  Item was not shipped on time. Ordered on 5/5, was supposed to arrive by 5/14. Reached out to seller but they have not responded, not even to offer an apology. They just sent a new tracking number. The item is now supposed to arrive on 5/19. Today is 5/16 and still waiting for my item to arrive. Not very good customer service, nor do they ship within the time frame that is promised.
