Anytime I reached out they were very responsive and checked with Bassani for ETA. It took 7 weeks roughly to get the exhaust. It showed up last night finally, opened it up and it was missing clamps right out of the box. Bassani needs to include the required 6 clamps. NOT just 4. If you get this exhaust order two 2.5 clamps from Amazon before hand.

I called the company and Crystal who was VERY helpful SOLD me The Black tank. I even saved 40.00 dollars. This order was placed when I ONLY hovered over the deal to see the taxes and shipping and it placed the order.
