    Great seller communication and easy to work with. USPS must’ve played kick the box with my second order(so amazing I ordered 6 more after my original 3). The box was beaten up&3 broken but the seller immediately replaced and apologized for something clearly not their fault as packaging is good&last all arrived in one piece. Very nice when I offered pics if they wanted to submit a shipping claim over it. I did steal them from my shrimp but plants&shrimp love these. A must have for shrimp&plants

    I strongly recommend you not to buy anything from this seller. After 10 days delay in shipping, they send me an obviously open package of a defective item that already has been returned, and the lights are not working. I tried several times to contact the seller but never had a response or refund.

    This coffee grinder was listed as New unused, unopened condition. I had looked at several of this same item, so I knew what it included. When the item arrived, the boxed coffee grinder itself had already been opened. Three of the items that should have been inside were not and there was pet hair inside. Contacted seller, they sent a return label, I mailed it back, they shipped out another coffee grinder. It arrived, again, seal on item opened, no pet hair and only 1 accessory missing but NOT NEW
