  Package received 100% matched listing and were shipped promptly. I reached out to seller prior to purchase to inquire about combined shipping to which they didn’t reply until after I purchased - they indicated that any overages in shipping would be refunded. Although I never received a refund for overages I’m not sure to this day if there were any. Shipping seemed high in my opinion but eBay labels don’t show postage amounts.

  Seller sent the wrong item, I received three boxes of eave hooks instead of a tin of coasters. I emailed the seller and they did apologize about the mix up and said they’d look into it. I later received a refund, but I had hoped the seller would track down the original item. Seller also did not respond to a follow-up email I sent.
