  The shorts are in good condition and are as described. Arrived quickly. I don’t understand adding the tab for “best offer” and refusing an offer $1 less than the stated price. If a dollar discount is too much, why offer “best offer” at all? Not a deal breaker, obviously. I purchased at full price and they’re fine. Just a curious offer is all.

  It's because the shorts were already discounted on a 30% off sale and there is no option to remove "or best offer" in bulk so I would need to go back and change each listing to remove it. Most always if I'm already offering 30% off I won't accept offers that are lower. I feel like 30% off is already a pretty good deal on it's own, I hope you can understand that.
