    The item arrived not as pictured but the seller was good with communications and offered to refund or find the missing star. Still waiting for remedy since it was a gift for my sister I don’t want to bother her and ask her to send it back since it shipped directly to her.     This might be the best packaged delivery I have received on eBay in 25 years! The crystal glasses showed up in immaculate condition, exactly as described by the seller. They took no chances that there could be any damage in the shipping process, bubble wrap, paper wrap, paper cushioned, boxed, then that box paper wrapped and cushioned inside yet another box.
