The sellers answer was to buy again at 1/2 price and shut down and rename accounts which I find disturbing.Never done it and find that deceptive. Either way I am without money or ruler. I posted the ruler to the address I was provided. She contacted me to say the ruler had gone to her old address and that she was told by eBay/PayPal that it was unrecoverable. I suggested in future she might consider creating a new PayPal account with only her new address so this mistake would not happen again. I offered her a replacement ruler at cost price out of good faith, despite not being at fault.
