  The shipping was fast and the packaging was solid. The product matched the description and had decent value. However, after buying a separate charger (as noted in the listing), the watch still didn’t power on. I reached out to the seller and they kindly accepted the return and issued a refund. I do wish there had been some gesture to offset the extra cost of the charger, given the item didn’t work, but overall the seller handled the situation professionally. Recommended!

  We purchased this Ring Video doorbell. Description said it was new, however it was missing the battery and the back plate. I spoke with the seller and he offered me a partial refund.   The seller is fine. I have no problems with the sale. The unit is as described, shipped fast and was packed well. The seller was responsive to questions. The problem I have is with USPS. It may be just my bad luck, but this is the 2nd order using Ground Advantage that has taken longer than it should have. The first an item came from NJ and took 3 weeks to get to me. This one took a week, even though the seller sent it out immediately, and we live in the same state!
