  Packaged very well. Flimsy/low quality tool box. Latch is not very secure even when locked. Pictures are deceiving. Width actually is 13”. See pics. Seller advertises “Best Offer”but will not answer even at a 15 percent off price. Took 72 hours to finally get a counter offer of $1 off price. I do not recommend this box or the seller. I made a bad decision with this purchase.

  Finally found the crate I wanted. The pictures, the description was it! The price was right. The product arrived and it was not what was pictured or described. It was a nice heavy duty cage which I kept because it still does what I want it to do and returning it was just too much work. I reached out to the seller and advised them Of the issue and provided pictures. They satisfied me with a partial refund we both agreed on and fixed the listing issue. Everyone is happy!
