  Had issues with the postal service delivering the item to the wrong address. It finally arrived to me and while I do like the bracelet, and it's great quality for the price, and is definitely in brand new condition as advertised, it just doesn't work for my wrist. Either way I adjust it, it's either too big or too small. The seller does provide tools and extra spring bars to make adjustment very easy. The seller's communication through the process was excellent, and I do recommend.

  Purchased this item and it arrived in about 2 weeks as described. Unfortunately the warehouse forgot to pack the stem with the crown. I contacted the seller and they refunded the cost of the stem. I am satisfied with the resolution and prompt customer service. I would definitely buy from them again.
