  Communication good fast shipping however this was an open box item listed as new and I didn’t check it thoroughly the top sheet and the four pillowcases were brand new. The bottom sheet was suspect it had a stain and two thread poles on it unfortunately, I didn’t see it till I was throwing them in the wash machine and I already throw in the box out. Just be aware when anything says open box you need to check it thoroughly right away

  Item listed as ‘NWT’ however, upon receipt, it was clearly used. The tag was faded, showing signs of being washed and while disappointed in the false description, I reached out to seller. Seller apologized and felt perhaps the incorrect item was shipped. I declined to return, as I had already washed it, wanting to clean it and attempt to soften it up. I offered to make another purchase, IF seller could guarantee the item would be, in fact, new. I have heard nothing since. Beware, I guess
