    Logan is the best. Response and ship times are unreal. If I had to make a guess he's got a whole team of people working for him! Also product is exactly what he said. I just bought 3 more things from him! I also found something similar to what I needed, and found d the right one that I actually needed, sent photos to confirm, and shipped that to me instead! Items were also very well wrapped in the package.

    Could not be any happier with our purchase! Our car’s old radio went and stopped displaying the time and radio station. We’ve been dealing with it for awhile until we finally decided it was too annoying to continue dealing with. The seller was generous enough to accept our offer, the shipped out SUPER quickly and packaged the radio very well! It works PERFECTLY and we have NO issues whatsoever!     Seller listed the product ( a driver side window glass for a bmw from 1990) for a price w/ free shipping. When needing to create the label, the seller sees that I'm located in Alaska. Rather than reaching out to talk about an additional cost for shipping (which I'd gladly have paid). The order was canceled, and refunded. No message, no communication of any kind. complete lack of customer service. Nothing more than the automated system telling me there "is an issue with the buyer's address" 0/10.

    January 22 at 7:32 PM I messaged the buyer to get the additional money for freight as we had previously negotiated. I was ignored and after sometime the order was cancelled. It is extremely dishonest to use feedback as retaliation, but what could one expect from someone trying to scam an honest seller. eBay will be asked to get involved and this buyer will be blocked from doing any business with Logan Motorwerks in the future
