  Seller failed to ship the item and has not responded to my request for a status update. This is consistent with the other negative feedback on this seller. Many instances of a bait and switch strategy, where the item is listed at a low price, the seller fails to ship the item under some pretense, and then re-lists the exact item at a higher price. I'm surprised that eBay tolerates this unethical behavior on their platform. I'll report the seller to eBay, but I don't expect any action.

  I was hesitant to purchase the light because it was advertised as open box but seller accepts returns so I thought I have nothing to lose. Glad I did. The light is perfect for above my island and the price was great. Will buy from again. Light looked like brand new. No damage. And shipping was quick.

  Bad experience. Don’t trust to this seller. I bought 3 lights and 2 didn’t turn on; the boxes were they come one has wrote : “full ring bad” and another “half ring bad”. After I taste the lights, I sent a message to seller and they never responded.
