    Initially, I accidentally ordered the charger to be sent to the wrong address. Contacted the vendor, asked them to cancel the order and I ordered another charger to be sent to the correct address. They cancelled the errant order and raised a refund. I will purchase from them again.

    clearly a refurbed item and not a new phone as stated in listing, also arrived in wrong colour . messaged the seller and they completely evaded the new or used issue . also you have no protection on here from ebay as they will favour the seller in this case . will now let trading standards agency deal with this matter .

    Untrustworthy seller. The listing stated new (opened never used) but sent me a clearly second hand watch and one of the buttons didn't even work. Seller seemed super responsive and helpful so arranged a return and they sent out, what they promised would be, a new watch. Recieved an even more worn watch that wouldn't even turn on or charge. Not sure why they thought I would accept this and feel more aggrieved by how helpful they seemed. Will not buy from this seller again, buyer beware.
