    there was nothing wrong with the item, but as it didn’t come with any charger, ( to be fair to the seller it did say in the product listing it was the watch ONLY with no charger) however I decided to return the item, I can confirm I received a refund promptly, and the item was initially delivered to me even faster than the ETA that was given, overall GREAT SERVICE

    Untrustworthy seller. The listing stated new (opened never used) but sent me a clearly second hand watch and one of the buttons didn't even work. Seller seemed super responsive and helpful so arranged a return and they sent out, what they promised would be, a new watch. Recieved an even more worn watch that wouldn't even turn on or charge. Not sure why they thought I would accept this and feel more aggrieved by how helpful they seemed. Will not buy from this seller again, buyer beware.
