The frame arrived quickly was packaged perfectly with plenty of protection & fragile labels, unfortunately USPS still managed to break the glass. I contacted the seller, who was incredibly responsive—gave me a tip on how to handle it & quickly reimbursed me for the broken glass, no questions asked. Even though it wasn’t their fault, they went above & beyond to make it right for me. Thank you again for the great service! I love the frame!
