I try to ship your package out within 24 hours of payment. The picture gives the best description of condition of the item you are purchasing. We have two dogs in the home, but they are not in the store. Dog hair does occasionally travel. I use clean recycled boxes along with some new boxes and packing.     The bid was for 60 untested DVDs, and upon receiving package, there were 60 dvd cases, but three cases did not have any DVDs. I notified the seller concerning this issue. The response I got was “ Are you wanting a refund for three DVDs ?” No apology, no trying to offer a solution to the issue, no offer to send three DVDs in place of the missing ones. Refunded me $0.48 (pd $21.53 in total with tax and shipping) and still never apologized for their mistake. Very poor customer service.
