  shipping/packaging perfect. value great. communication not so good. i would like to give this seller a 10 + but because he said there were no polly dolls with the barbie, that gave me a major headache. his description could have been more accurate. however the Barbie DID come with 3 polly dolls and if he would have looked more closely, i wouldn’t have tried to cancel my order. But it all turned out ok. so i give the seller 9 + thank you. i’m glad i did buy this item from him. thanks again

  I sent 2 emails clarifying that all Polly dolls were included with all 3 dolls. I communicated several times and physically verified that all Pollys were there.

  Great experience with this seller! I won another auction on the same day, so the seller combined shipping on both items. This one had some blemishes that the seller noticed after the sale and was willing to cancel and refund the order. I appreciated the opportunity to decide, and was pleased that I think I can clean the questionable blemish. Very proactive communication, kind, and polite. I highly recommend this seller! The items were packaged with care, good description and value.

  Packaging was great items are as described! however, i got my item so late (not the seller's fault, but usps!) and i got one of the items damaged in the process! however this should not reflect badly on the seller he sells item with great value.
