  The item was exactly as described, and I received the package very quickly. The packing materials were excellent, and the outer box was of heavy duty construction. Unfortunately, one part broke due to the fragility of an antique clock being dropped during shipment. I contacted @louisvendredi to discuss a way for minor compensation. He responded immediately, and we came to terms quickly. Honest seller, very understanding and cooperative. I rate five stars for the experience from beginning to end.
