  Asked prior to sending vhs clamshell"Beauty & The Beast Black Diamond edition"please package carefully for me,& seller assured me they would,& it wont get damaged,then sent it in a thin piece of paper,with some cardboard wrapped around it ? So it arrived squashed, with a broken cover ? Then to make matters worse,tape has mould on the tape itself, which was not mentioned in the listing.Also tried telling me Global Shipping packaged it !Now only been refunded $10.99-us, & not postage of $17.23-us

  All of this is false. The damage was mentioned in the listing.,,very plainly. Click on it and see for yourself. I do not offer refunds internationally, but sent a refund anyway. I do free shipping. The shipping charges were paid to Ebay, not me. This guy is a complainer, with a private feedback,,,BEWARE

  Absolute dishonest seller,please see photos of how it arrived with a broken cover,& then look at sellers photos,it was not broken like this? Then have a look at how the seller packaged the collectable movie, wrapped in paper,with some cardboard wrapped around it,no wonder why it arrived cracked / broken ! Seller also tried blaming global shipping,stating they packaged it up ?? One of these sellers,once sold don't care.Also if I knew I was going to lose shipping cost of $28,I would of returned it
