    The seller is deceitful and is not willing to return a damaged item that they sent to me. The item was supposed to be brand new and returnable. Do not buy anything from this seller. I have a complaint into eBay and I will go further if I have to.

    the parcel arrived quickly and well. very smart couriers. at first i was scared because the device did not turn on. but later i was able to buy an electric plug for charging and charge the epilator. everything works. except that it is a little inconvenient that there is no plug in the kit. besides this the epilator is very good, for the first time i feel tingling when using it, this means that it definitely works. nice to finally find a real, really effective epilator.
