  The listing was wrong, stating it was a Xyron machine, but the seller later clarified it was for refills. No apologies. I asked how many refills, and they said 1. This cost more than the manufacturer s price so no, cancel. Updating review to say I now have my refund - but overall a negative experience for above reasons and seller calling me a liar for leaving this review (left before I had refund). Resolved but not satisfied.
