    It’s not a genuine/authentic Labubu. It came scratched and the QR link to verify its authenticity is fake, not from popmart. I’m returning it. I also ordered another one from this seller that I will probably return too if it’s fake. For the price, it’s not worth it since it’s a lafufu.

    Hello, no stars this time! This item was seriouslily damaged during transportation (see picture), it was only wrapped in plastic pouch, and not sended separately. Then this order was for "Nordic" model, NOT this UK/US version. What can next be done, a correct version to be sended or just refund? Best regards Reijo Suvanto
