We specialize in custom bass guitar preamps, utilizing vintage designs and original components, designed into a modern and compact form factor.
In an era of high-precision digital recording and processing there is growing demand for vintage analog experience. Analog gear from over 30 years ago was imperfect, and it is exactly those imperfections that breathe life and authenticity into an overly sterile and precise digital signal chain.
LHZ bass preamps deliver the same tonality and feel that was a signature ingredient in classic recordings and have influenced generations of bassists.
Our secret sauce? We use the same vintage, often obsolete, components that were used in the original preamps that inspired our designs. This allows our LHZ preamps to faithfully replicate the sonic artifacts and signature sound of the original designs.
Each preamp is hand assembled, soldered, and tested to ensure our clients have the best vintage preamp money can buy!

The package arrived in about the time stated from overseas but there was a bit of delay due to the parcel company here in the UK and customs duty taxes I had to clear.
