  Mug was not packed well enough and broke in the mail. There was an actual dent in the box where something in transit hit the side of the little package and broke the mug inside. I have not been able to contact the seller because of ebay's new message system. I try to type to send a message and the ebay form does not pick up my typing, stays blank.
