    A+. Seller shipped very quickly and the golf club, described as used/like new, was new - it arrived with no evidence it had ever been used - I am delighted with this purchase. Shipping was quick, as mentioned, but it appears that UPS trashed/cut the box. Fortunately, the inner packaging by seller saved the item from damage and seller will be following up with UPS using pics I am sending to him/her. Seller was very responsive to my message about this matter. I DO recommend.
