    About the product: Ordered two 5.5 Ah batteries, one dead on arrival. Seller sent a replacement quickly, which was also dead on arrival. The one in working order is performing well. Checking the batterypacks I saw several cells leaking fluids. Shame on the supplier. About the seller: The seller was nice, responded fast and refunded the broken battery pack with out problems. If it was *only* about the seller I'd give a positive review! But 2 out of 3 batteries broken take this down to neutral.
